This work describes how to modify an old monochrome laser printer, to make the most of its parts, such as: bipolar stepper motor roller movement system, instant fuser system, thermal resistance sensor and electronic control card. Applied to the realization of PCBs at low cost with resolutions of 0.7 mm by the thermal transfer method of the laser ink to the copper plate; reducing the time and cost of manufacturing compared to the use of a commercial laminator that works around 150 degrees centigrade and the common plate for manual use; Ideal for test card prototyping, college projects, personal projects, etc. To achieve this, a motor movement control card was developed using the L293 driver, the temperature is increased with a TRIAC Q6025 power interface, its monitoring through the internal comparator of the PIC16F628A microcontroller and a voltage divider with thermoresistances to maintain the temperature. printer at a working temperature of 200 degrees, 20 degrees more than its normal operation. The prototype is finished with excellent functionality.eng
