dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo se muestra la necesidad de extender el enfoque cualitativo del Diseño Centrado en el Usuario (DCU), desde una perspectiva emocional de manera que permita considerar las características subyacentes detrás del comportamiento de las personas. Este compenente afectivo conforma uno de los principales factores que determinan la calidad y eficacia del aprendizaje. No obstante, los factores hedónicos educativas, pues la elicitación de las emociones en entornos de aprendizaje es un hecho difícil de conseguir. Por este motivo, se realiza una propuesta para la construcción de lineamientos que permitan diseñar la interfaz de cualquier aplicación educativa mediante la cual se puedan evocar las emociones que se desean en medio de la interacción con dichos sistemas. | spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | This paper shows the need to extend the qualitative approach of User Centered Design (UCD) from an emotional perspective so that it allows considering the underlying characteristics behind people's behavior. This affective component is one of the main factors that determine the quality and effectiveness of learning. However, the educational hedonic factors, since the elicitation of emotions in learning environments is a difficult fact to achieve. For this reason, a proposal is made for the construction of guidelines that allow the design of the interface of any educational application through which the desired emotions can be evoked in the midst of interaction with said systems. | eng |
