dc.description.abstractExiste gran número y variedad de procesos para alcanzar un determinadoobjetivo, sin embargo, una buena cantidad de ellos han sido concebidos para serllevados a cabo en ambientes de trabajo individual. Por tal razón, desde el ámbitode la Ingeniería de la Colaboración surge la Metodología para el Desarrollo deProcesos Colaborativos, mediante la cual se obtiene la especificacióncolaborativa de un proceso determinado. Esta metodología provee el Modelo deFacilitación del Proceso (MFP) para representar el flujo de las actividades queconforman el proceso colaborativo especificado, el cual ha sido complementado apartir de una serie de elementos que ofrece la notación HAMSTERS (Humancentered Assessment and Modeling to Support Task Engineering for ResilientSystems), con el fin de contribuir principalmente a la comprensión, entendimientoy uso futuro del mismo. Así, este artículo presenta una evaluación preliminar delos elementos incluidos al MFP mediante un caso de estudio en el que se comparaun MFP tradicional con uno que incluye elementos de HAMSTERSspa

dc.description.abstractenglishThere is a large number and variety of processes to achieve a certain objective, however, a good number of them have been conceived to be carried out in individual work environments. For this reason, from the field of Collaboration Engineering, the Methodology for the Development of Collaborative Processes arises, through which the collaborative specification of a given process is obtained. This methodology provides the Process Facilitation Model (MFP) to represent the flow of activities that make up the specified collaborative process, which has been complemented from a series of elements offered by the HAMSTERS notation (Humancentered Assessment and Modeling to Support Task Engineering for ResilientSystems), in order to contribute mainly to the understanding, understanding and future use of it. Thus, this article presents a preliminary evaluation of the elements included in the MFP through a case study in which a traditional MFP is compared with one that includes elements of HAMSTERS.eng
