| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | The sky foreshadowed rain and I came to think that I would meet hundreds of them, the black ants that Cortázar immortalized in his story Los vennos (1982). A story that takes place in Banfield where the author of Hopscotch lived from the age of four to seventeen and, where he experienced his first love affairs and his first disappointments, those that destroy innocence: “We knew well the ants of Banfield, the black ants that they eat everything, they build the anthills on the ground, in the baseboards, or in that mysterious piece where a house sinks into the ground ”(Cortázar, 1982: p) | eng |
