| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is characterized by difficulties in attention, failure in higher executive functions, and hyperactive and / or impulsive behavior, altering cognitive, behavioral and emotional processes that hinder the infant's social adaptation, which can continue until adolescence and adult life. It has a prevalence that ranges from 5 to 20% depending on the country, and has a high social impact due to the difficulties it generates in the individual, their family, their school or work life and in the health system. Therefore, it is a priority to seek novel strategies that facilitate the comprehensive approach. A service-oriented architecture makes it easier for the different actors involved with ADHD patients to monitor the clinical evolution and improve the registry of these cases, the flexibility offered by SOA allows adaptability to each individual case that each patient represents. The monitoring, control and transformation of messages allows interoperability between platforms owned by the different actors and the application of security and data protection standards. A service-oriented architecture is not publishing a series of services, it is implementing reusable, aligned services that contribute to the business; For this reason, the structures and semantics of the SGSSS and the care and management of ADHD must be known, to identify the business use cases that are described with the business architecture and their scenarios are specified with BPMN. After learning about the business model of comprehensive ADHD care, we proceed to identify the services to classify them and compose services with others. | eng |
