dc.description.abstractenglish | A few years ago it was stated that users should not worry about the creation of programs, but limit themselves to the use of these and take advantage of their utilities, but the free software movement wants it to be shown, to create various programs that are useful and do not need to depend on a chain. Then a free software development community was born due to the need to be able to know the creation of the programs developed in order to adapt them to their needs and also share their contributions so that all users can benefit. The philosophy of free software is that you want to have a community where users share, help each other and the benefits that each of the programs that are developed brings, are for the entire community in equal parts. The free software community has members who participate because they share the philosophy of free software and cooperate so that everyone benefits. It is important for this community to attract more followers, or be attractive to the whole society, to show that this form of development brings benefits not only to those who offer the product, but to the community in general. One way in which cooperation can be generated and maintained is through cooperation management. In all the communities which are made up of two or more people, a series of situations arise around a common good or public good, which in this case revolves around the code and knowledge generated which would be a public good. These situations are known as social dilemmas, which are understood as conflicts between individual rationality and collective well-being (Kollock, 1998). One way to face all those conflicts that arise in a community, such as the free software development community, is through the management of cooperation, which allows the articulation of rules and strategies that allow creating and sustaining effective cooperation . In this project, a dynamic hypothesis and a model combined with the designed strategy were proposed and the respective simulation experiments were carried out | eng |
