| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | Asperger's syndrome is a pervasive developmental disorder, and is considered an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) that mainly affects three large domains; the qualitative alteration of social interaction, inflexible behavior patterns and alteration of the pragmatic abilities of language and social communication. Bonete et al. (2010). This syndrome was initially described by the Australian pediatrician Hans Asperger in 1944, a year after the American, Leo Kanner, published his studies and observations on autism. However, the existence and clinical use of the Syndrome goes back to the eighties, when a group of researchers resumed its diagnosis, and even proposed a series of criteria for its detection and identification (Gillberg C. 1991). | eng |
