dc.description.abstractEl Ministerio de las Culturas, las Artes y los Saberes a través del Programa Nacional de Estímulos suministra el siguiente formato para la presentación del informe final por parte de los beneficiarios de las Becas, Pasantías o Residencias. La pasantía se desarrolló en las instalaciones de la Biblioteca General Central Luis Carlos Galán Sarmiento, ubicada en las instalaciones de la UNAB, donde se encuentra el Centro de Documentación e Investigación Musical CEDIM “Alejandro Villalobos Arenas”. Allí, se realizó la organización y catalogación de más de 600 libros y partituras que hacían parte de la colección del ya fallecido maestro Sergio Acevedo Gómez, de manera que quedaran a disposición del público en general. Tras un proceso de capacitación sobre los materiales a tratar y la información necesaria para catalogar en el sistema KOHA, sistema de catalogación de la mencionada biblioteca, se procedió a la catalogación, la cual se dio en compañía de profesionales de la Biblioteca. De esta manera, se intervinieron más de 600 ejemplares, de los cuales fueron catalogados 533 libros y partituras. Los ejemplares restantes fueron dejados en manos del CEDIM dada el desgaste del material, por lo que el Centro de Documentación dispondrá de ellos de la mejor manera. Finalmente, se realizó un vídeo sobre la pasantía, además de una serie de charlas-talleres, donde se tuvo como foco a los historiadores y músicos de la región para que conozcan los materiales que fueron catalogados, además de las potencialidades del CEDIM como centro de acopio de las colecciones de los músicos de la región.spa

dc.description.abstractenglishThe Ministry of Culture, Arts and Knowledge, through the National Stimulus Program, provides the following format for the presentation of the final report by the beneficiaries of the Scholarships, Internships or Residencies. The internship took place in the facilities of the Luis Carlos Galán Sarmiento Central General Library, located in the UNAB facilities, where the CEDIM “Alejandro Villalobos Arenas” Musical Research and Documentation Center is located. There, the organization and cataloging of more than 600 books and scores that were part of the collection of the now deceased master Sergio Acevedo Gómez, so that they would be available to the general public. After a training process on the materials to be treated and the information necessary to catalog in the KOHA system, the cataloging system of the aforementioned library, the cataloging was carried out, which was carried out in the company of Library professionals. In this way, more than 600 copies were intervened, of which 533 books and scores were catalogued. The remaining copies were left in the hands of the CEDIM given the wear and tear of the material, so the Documentation Center will dispose of them in the best way.
