| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | In order to identify a model of organizational culture, the different approaches and concepts referring to culture are necessarily defined in the first instance, both to that of the people or national, as well as the organizational one. For this, models such as Schein and Páramo are taken as a reference, which help to refine and guide in a more specific way the recognition of the cultural factors that participate in the conformation of an organizational culture. Logically, the definition of the footwear sector is approached, considering some figures and indicators from the Ministry of Development from 2001, highlighting some potentialities and trends that make the difference between the best national and world practices, and the footwear manufacturers of Bucaramanga .
Fully in the model, its conformation is reached, where two components of the organizational culture participate: the employers (managers) and the workers (reproducers), thus defined thanks to the role that one and the other play within the cultural mix that gives as a result the model. There, both common and dissimilar elements prevail, which, shared or not, give life to the organizational culture of companies. As a result of the research, it is clear that the footwear companies in this sector do not build their organizational culture based on marketing, since this, although it plays an increasingly important role, does not have the formality required for it to be able to establish itself as such. way.
Finally, the main conclusions and recommendations that the authors consider pertinent to consider and address in order to introduce relative and incremental improvements to the sector are described. | eng |
