This document is divided into nine chapters that describe the development of the previously described application and the analysis of the results obtained from it based on a test group made up of people in a wide range of ages during the year 2021. In the first chapter, It sets out the problem and justifies it, thus defining the scope of the project and its expected operation in the midst of the current situation of COVID-19 in Colombia. The second chapter defines the general objective and the specific objectives that will help to evaluate the results of the project based on the goals and deliverables defined in these. At the same time, the activities carried out to fulfill each of the objectives and the products obtained during the realization of each objective are specified. In the third chapter, the background of the project is disclosed, which mainly explains the technological advance that has been experienced in different areas related to the dissemination of information and the appropriation of technologies by society for the dissemination of knowledge. In the fourth chapter, an analysis is made of different strategies for the dissemination of information, the evolution and adaptability of different diseases related to COVID-19, the use of geospatial technologies for the tracking and control of diseases in different parts of the world and the implementation of projects carried out to make information related to COVID-19 public and easily accessible. In the fifth chapter, a study of key concepts for the development of this project such as COVID-19, geolocation methods and different statistical concepts required for a correct implementation of the project is carried out. The sixth chapter details the architecture of the application as well as the technologies and methodologies used for its development. In the seventh chapter there is a breakdown of the different articles and laws that affect this project, mainly related to the treatment of user data. In the eighth chapter an analysis of the results of the project is presented based on the feedback made by the members of the test group chosen through a survey where the satisfaction of the users regarding the acquisition of knowledge provided by the application is determined. comparison to traditional methods. In the ninth chapter the conclusions found during the development of the project and also the recommendations by the authors for future implementations of this are disclosed.spa
