dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación es de tipo descriptiva transversal. Se elaboró con el fin de establecer el grado del síndrome de Burnout en los docentes del núcleo uno de la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Se contó con la participación voluntaria de 91 docentes, 66 mujeres y 25 hombres. Los instrumentos utilizados para efectos de la investigación fue: cuestionario de variables sociodemográficas y Cuestionario de Burnout en Profesores versión revisada. (CBP-R) (Moreno, Jiménez, Carrosa y González, 2000). Según el análisis obtenido de los resultados se halló una relación entre Preocupaciones Profesionales y Burnout. Para concluir los resultados obtenidos señalan que la muestra presenta Burnout, puntuando alto el 24 % de la muestra en Agotamiento Emocional, 31% en Despersonalización y 32% Falta de Realización Personal.spa

dc.description.abstractenglishThis research is cross-sectional descriptive. I know elaborated in order to establish the degree of the syndrome of Burnout in teachers of nucleus one of the city of Bucaramanga. There was the voluntary participation of 91 teachers, 66 women and 25 men. the instruments used for research purposes it was: questionnaire of variables Sociodemographic and Questionnaire of ’ Burnout in Teachers revised version. (CBP-R) (Moreno, Jiménez, Carrosa and González, 2000). According to the analysis obtained from the results, a Relationship between Professional Concerns and Burnout. To conclude the results obtained, they point out that the sample presents Burnout, with 24% of the sample scoring high in Emotional Exhaustion, 31% in Depersonalization and 32% Lack of Personal fulfillment.spa
