dc.description.abstractLa hipertensión arterial es una patología muy importante en cuanto a que se considera un factor de riesgo cardiovascular muy relevante que conlleva a múltiples comorbilidades que comprometen diferentes órganos, sistemas y aparatos incluyendo al ojo. Por el hecho de ser una enfermedad sistémica, es uno de los contribuyentes prevenibles más importantes para desarrollar enfermedad y muerte.spa
