dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de grado, consiste en evaluar una nueva línea de negocio para la agencia DR Marketing; agencia especializada en manejo de redes sociales, pauta digital y creación de contenido. Para realizar dicho proyecto de grado se tuvo en cuenta, un modelo de investigación mixto, que consistió en realizar entrevistas a expertos en marketing digital en Colombia y América latina, encuestas a posibles clientes de la nueva línea de negocio y evaluaciones a personas que se les realizó pruebas sobre la misma. Por otro lado, se tuvo en cuenta como metodología 3 modelos en evaluación de modelos de negocio, como el Triángulo de Viabilidad, el Modelo Canvas y el Manual del Emprendedor de Steve Blank y Bod Dorf. Dentro de este recorrido se diseñó el modelo de negocio, se estableció el nicho objetivo (hombres y mujeres emprendedores entre los 18 a 39 años de edad en la ciudad de Bucaramanga), se encontró un valor para las capacitaciones y se validó financieramente arrojando resultados positivos. El trabajo de grado tiene como objeto generar una nueva línea de negocio rentable, sostenible y escalable para la agencia DR Marketing. | spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | The present degree work consists of evaluating a new line of business for the DR Marketing agency; agency specialized in social media management, digital guidelines and content creation. To carry out this degree project, a mixed research model was taken into account, which consisted of conducting interviews with experts in digital marketing in Colombia and Latin America, surveys of potential customers of the new line of business and evaluations of people who were tested on it. On the other hand, 3 models in business model evaluation were taken into account as a methodology, such as the Viability Triangle, Canvas Model and the Entrepreneur's Manual by Steve Blank and Bod Dorf. Within this journey, the business model was designed, the target niche was established, a value was found for the trainings and it was evaluated financially yielding positive results.
