| dc.description.abstract | En desarrollo de la Ley 30 de 1987, el Legislador Extraordinario expidió el Decreto No, 2282 de 1989, con el cual se infroducen algunas reformas al régimen probatorio, previsto en el Código de Procedimiento Civil Colombiano de 1970, que tienden a hacer algunas precisiones y ajustes, pues, en verdad no se traía de modificaciones irascedenftales. Trataremos, entonces, de poner de presenie esos cambios, centrando la atención, en primer lugar, en lo que atañe con la parte general, para juego analizar cada medio de prueba en particular y, finalmente, referirnos a las ‘pruebas anticipadas’’. | spa |
