| dc.description.abstract | Se conoce del Proceso Arbitral promovido por la Sociedad ETA Limitada contra uricoechea calderón y compañía limitada; con ocasión del recurso de anulación interpuesto por la parte demandada respecto del Laudo Arbitral proferido el treinta y uno (31) de marzo del año en curso por el Tribunal de Arbitramiento integrado por los doctores Gabriel Burgos Mantilla, Antonio José Acevedo Gómez Y Humberto Rueda Silva; constituido para definir las controversias surgidas en la ejecución, desarrollo, terminación y liquidación del acuerdo comercial denominado consorcio, celebrado el 14 de junio de 1984 entre las partes; y en las diferencias y conflictos que en las relaciones societarias se suscitaron como únicos socios de la persona jurídica denominada consorcio EUC CASABE LTDA, constituido para el cabal cumplimiento del convenio comercial. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | It is known of the Arbitration Process promoted by the ETA Limited Company against uricoechea calderón and limited company; on the occasion of the appeal for annulment filed by the defendant with respect to the Arbitration Award issued on March thirty-first (31) of the current year by the Arbitration Court composed of doctors Gabriel Burgos Mantilla, Antonio José Acevedo Gómez and Humberto Rueda Silva ; constituted to define the controversies arising in the execution, development, termination and liquidation of the commercial agreement called consortium, celebrated on June 14, 1984 between the parties; and in the differences and conflicts that arose in corporate relations as sole partners of the legal entity called EUC CASABE LTDA consortium, constituted for the full compliance of the commercial agreement. | spa |
