dc.description.abstractEl desarrollo de software y la búsqueda de la optimización de los productos construidos, evolucionan y avanzan a una gran velocidad, buscando ajustarse a los requerimiento de un entorno cambiante, donde la creación de nuevas herramientas, modelos e instrumentos que faciliten la construcción del mismo, se hace una necesidad para usuarios comunes, universidades y en especial para el entorno empresarial. Es así como, propuestas de modelamiento y estandarización de los mismos, son siempre bienvenidas dentro de la comunidad encargada de generar soluciones, que en el caso del trabajo con MDA (Model Driven Architecture) iniciativa de la OMG y considerada una visión particular del MDD, ha sido una realidad desde hace algún tiempo, dando soporte y acompañamiento a diversas iniciativas, desde las cuales se brindan libertades de plataforma y representación de posibilidades a problemáticas del ámbito académico y empresarial. Como ejemplo de ello, se encuentra el grupo de King's College de Londres y la Universidad de York que han realizado una investigación sobre “Optimal J” elaborando un modelo de las tecnologías relacionadas en los últimos cinco años y adicionando su amplia experiencia a los estándares de diferentes modelados, en particular el UML 2.0, MOF 2.0, MDA e iniciativas QVT.spa
