dc.description.abstract | Chlorella vulgaris es una microalga con alto potencial biotecnológico por su capacidad de sintetizar ácidos grasos de interés industrial para la producción de Biodiesel, rápido crecimiento y capacidad de adaptación a diferentes fuentes de nutrientes tanto en regímenes autotróficos como heterotróficos. El objetivo de este trabajo fue identificar los parámetros que permitieran un máximo crecimiento de Chlorella vulgaris para su producción masiva. Se monitorearon flujos de aire suministrado en medio de cultivo NPK el cual brinda las condiciones de cultivo ideales para esta cepa. dc.description.abstractenglish | Chlorella vulgaris is a microalgae with high biotechnological potential due to its ability to synthesize fatty acids of industrial interest for Biodiesel production, rapid growth and ability to adapt to different nutrient sources in both autotrophic and heterotrophic regimes. The objective of this work was to identify the parameters that allow a maximum growth of Chlorella vulgaris for its mass production. Flows of air supplied in NPK culture medium were monitored, which provides the ideal culture conditions for this strain.
