| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | Decision-making in healthcare practice is based on scientific information, However, the amount currently available exceeds the management capacity and analysis of health professionals. For this reason, methodologies have been developed such as systematic reviews and meta-analyzes that allow the information to be synthesized available after a detailed and exhaustive search, and establishing the validity of the evidence. Such methodological process implies a high consumption of time, resources economic and human, thus becoming a real challenge. Computer science offers a possible alternative to this problem, thanks to the potential of artificial intelligence and its components in the automation of each of the steps required to carry out a systematic review. One of the steps crucial, where artificial intelligence offers its support, is the risk assessment of bias by using machine learning efficiently. Given the great potential of this approach, it is proposed to synthesize and critically evaluate the available information in order to identify all the tools using this method, determine its usefulness, effectiveness and degree of concordance with current standards, by conducting a review systematic literature. | spa |
