| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | The DEBTORS account constitutes 95.72%, 98.75% and 99.44% of current assets in each of the 3 years. Which decreased in 2005 compared to 2004. In addition, financial income is the most important source, comprising 99.64%, 99.66% and 98.91% of total income in each corresponding year. Hence the need for this work. Through the econometric probability model, it was possible to see how the variables that ultimately reduce credit risk are: client income, spouse income, co-debtor and client age. On the side of increasing the risk, the variable amount of credit and stratum where the client lives appears. As for the dichotomies, it was necessary, the destination of the credit, and the co-debtor, reduce the risk; while, marital status and employment status increase it. Finally, through Scoring it was possible to deduce the score of a client, where according to the financing policies of the company the interval to accept the credit was determined immediately, request one or two additional requirements and the acceptance thereof, including the value of the installment according to the term (12 to 60) and according to the amount requested. | spa |
