| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | Throughout this work, the current analysis of the portfolio of the company "DENTAL CLASSE IPS Odontológica" was carried out, in order to develop a tool for its control and supervision, where the importance of credit for the company was found, where for 2005 of the total loans, there was a portfolio for $ 141,288,000 pesos, where 65.12% were in default ($ 92,009,488 pesos), while only 34.87% were correctly canceled. By June 2006, of the loans granted, the existing portfolio is $ 94891600 pesos, of which 65.70% is delinquent portfolio ($ 62,345,600 pesos), while only 34.30% are up to date. In other words, a high degree of non-compliance by customers is maintained. Through the econometric probability model, it was possible to see how the variables that ultimately reduce credit risk are: customer stratum, specialized product, marital status (when married), and rent (when the customer lives in rent). On the side of increasing the risk, the variable value of the treatment, income of the client, employment status of the client, age and payment of the treatment appears. Where the efficiency of the probability model is more than 95%. | spa |
