dc.description.abstractTop Cueros Ltda es una empresa que comercializa materia prima para la industria del calzado y similares, ubicada en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, cuenta con quince años de experiencia en el mercado. En el presente trabajo se realiza el proceso de planeación financiera con el que se busca aprovechar las oportunidades y fortalezas de su interior y entorno para alcanzar sus objetivos estratégicos al año 2010 mediante unas estrategias definidas hacia este fin. A través de la planeación financiera se propicia mejores resultados en la empresa, se reducen los niveles de incertidumbre que se pueden presentar en el futuro, manteniendo una mentalidad futurista que ayude a mejorar y aprovechar al máximo las oportunidades. Por medio de dos escenarios; optimista, y moderado, se mide el impacto en los estados financieros llegando a unas conclusiones finales a través de las proyecciones realizadas de ventas, capital de trabajo, flujo de caja, Eva, entre otros.spa

dc.description.abstractenglishTop Cueros Ltda is a company that sells raw materials for the footwear industry and the like, located in the city of Bucaramanga, has fifteen years of experience in the market. In this paper, the financial planning process is carried out with which it seeks to take advantage of the opportunities and strengths of its interior and environment to achieve its strategic objectives by 2010 through defined strategies towards this end. Through financial planning, better results are promoted in the company, the levels of uncertainty that may arise in the future are reduced, maintaining a futuristic mentality that helps to improve and make the most of opportunities. Through two scenarios; Optimistic and moderate, the impact on the financial statements is measured, reaching final conclusions through the projections of sales, working capital, cash flow, Eva, among others.spa
