From the conceptual framework of the theory of self-determination, this research aims to determine the relationship between the level of satisfaction of basic psychological needs (autonomy, competence and bonding), organizational commitment, job satisfaction and psychological well-being. For this reason, a quantitative study was carried out, with a cross-sectional design with a non-experimental approach and correlational scope, with the participation of 46 workers from two different Santander organizations, one belonging to the agro-industrial sector and the other belonging to the teleservices sector, through the application of different questionnaires, among which are: the descriptive index of work (Smith, Kendall and Hulin, 1969), the Organizational Commitment Scale of three components (Allen and Leyer, 1990), the Scale of Satisfaction of Basic Psychological Needs at Work (Kasser, Davey & Ryan, 1992) and the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12; Goldberg & Williams, 1988). The results obtained allow us to identify the existence of different relationships between the variables measured in the two Santander organizations. In summary, it was found that in the agro-industrial company psychological well-being significantly predicted the satisfaction of the need for autonomy, while in the teleservice company the satisfaction of the The need for bonding positively predicts both the need for autonomy and job satisfaction, as well as the satisfaction of the need for autonomy and psychological well-being positively predict job satisfaction. In the same way, the organizational context on which the different relationships in both arises was described. Business.spa
