dc.description.abstractEl rector de la Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga, UNAB, en ejercicio de sus funciones estatutarias consagradas en el Artículo 31, literal i de los estatutos de la Universidad, y CONSIDERANDO Que la organización y existencia del Departamento de Bienestar Universitario en la UNAB, responde a los requerimientos de la Ley 30 de Reforma a la Educación Superior de 1992 y al Acuerdo 05 de Abril 30 de 1995 del CESU. Que el Acuerdo 4 del Consejo Nacional de Rectores de ASCUN de Noviembre de 2003, fija los lineamientos de las Políticas de Bienestar Universitario para el país. Que los acuerdos del Consejo Académico de la UNAB de abril 28 de 2003 sobre criterios y orientaciones para la aplicación de la reforma curricular y la Circular de Rectoría del 9 de Diciembre de 2002 sobre cambios y valores académicos, han establecido las directrices para el manejo de la recreación desde Bienestar Universitario en la UNAB como parte de la formación propuesta por el PEI realizada por el Centro de Estudios Estratégicos de la UNAB. Que en el estudio de Caracterización del Estudiante UNAB 2005, se detectó la necesidad de incentivar la participación de los estudiantes en acciones que estimulen el liderazgo para la gestión de proyectos con enfoques social, cultural, artístico, deportivo y de salud integral. Dada la evaluación del ajuste curricular aplicada desde el 2003, se reconoce la importancia de la formación integral de los estudiantes y en consecuencia la importancia al reconocimiento de actividades relacionadas con proyectos de impacto social, salud integral, apoyo a comunidades y experiencias de inmersión en otras culturas con propósitos avalados por la Directiva de la Universidad.spa

dc.description.abstractenglishThe rector of the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga, UNAB, in exercise of his statutory functions enshrined in Article 31, literal i of the University statutes, and CONSIDERING That the organization and existence of the Department of University Welfare at UNAB, responds to the requirements of Law 30 of Reform to Higher Education of 1992 and to the Agreement April 5, 30, 1995 of the CESU. That Agreement 4 of the National Council of Rectors of ASCUN of November 2003, establishes the guidelines of the University Welfare Policies for the country. That the agreements of the Academic Council of the UNAB of April 28, 2003 on criteria and guidelines for the application of the curricular reform and the Rectory Circular of December 9, 2002 on changes and academic values, have established the guidelines for the management of recreation from University Welfare at UNAB as part of the training proposed by the PEI carried out by the UNAB Center for Strategic Studies. That in the study of Characterization of the UNAB 2005 Student, the need to encourage the participation of students in actions that stimulate leadership for the management of projects with social, cultural, artistic, sports and integral health approaches was detected. Given the evaluation of the curricular adjustment applied since 2003, the importance of the integral formation of the students is recognized and consequently the importance of the recognition of activities related to projects of social impact, integral health, support to communities and experiences of immersion in other cultures with purposes endorsed by the University Board of Directors.spa
