The research project focused on the study of an alternative air conditioning system, in which the conventional compressor is replaced by a thermo-compressor whose operating motor is constituted by an ejector. The development of the project yielded a mathematical model by means of which the thermodynamic states and operating conditions that occur within the system during its operation are represented, additionally the optimal dimensioning model of the elements that constitute the system was developed. The mathematical model was validated by comparing it with the experimental data from the literature cited in the state of the art and was used as a basis for the development of later stages of the project. The development of the project is proposed in three stages: Initially, the operation of the alternative air conditioning system is studied and analyzed using conventional and non-conventional refrigerant fluids, for which the operation of the system using Hydro-Fluoro-Carbon (HFC) refrigerants was analyzed. , Hydrocarbons (HC), Ammonia and water. Subsequently, the study of different particular cases, which are addressed in two topics: study of stationary cases (the operating conditions do not vary) and applications in automobiles (the operating conditions vary) in this case a geometry is fixed and an analysis is carried out. of the operation of the system with respect to variations in working conditions, alternatives are proposed and tested to maintain efficiency at acceptable conditions. In both cases, a sensitivity analysis is carried out where the variables and operating conditions of the system are studied in order to determine the scenarios in which the highest energy efficiency can be achieved and determine the design parameters. Finally, the exegetical analysis of the system was carried out.spa
