| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | This study examines how people live their day to day suffering from a chronic non-communicable disease, in this case the three most common were seen, which are hypertension, diabetes and obesity; In addition, the rates of people who have these diseases are studied, data are obtained such as age ranges, whether or not they are hereditary, recommended diets, different levels of the disease, suggested treatments, exercise routines or sports, among other important information that they have these diseases. After this analysis, we verified the indexes of operating systems most used by users on mobile devices, with Android being the most popular. The model that will be used to develop the mobile application is proposed and the gamification canvas is indicated, which applies a "game" or "task and rewards" system throughout the use of the application. So with this strategy we will have a high audience range. | eng |
