| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | Mobile robots are increasingly common in companies to facilitate work, but not only in large industries it is common to see them now they have been transferred to other fields to provide a greater service. They are frequently seen more and more in the area of health, textile, unloading of goods and other applications. The project generates an industrial application for the transport of load units and material storage. AGV "automatically guided vehicles" are mobile robots that perform repetitive tasks and move along a defined path transporting material to interlink processes. To expose its development and construction, several stages are named, ranging from setting out the scope and objectives of this project and establishing the complexity and possibilities of carrying it out through the collection of information related to mobile robotics systems in automatically guided vehicles; initially in a general way from which specific information is extracted about the systems that will make up the AGV design. The design is classified into three fundamental systems. Mechanical system: made up of the chassis, suspension system, traction and loading platform. Electronic system: which is made up of power circuits, power stage. Control system: this part shows the path search method and the process control using microcontrollers. Subsequently, the construction and testing of the previously designed systems is carried out, allowing the coupling, assembly of the prototype, calibration and field tests. Finally, the observations, conclusions and annexes are presented. | eng |
