dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto se centra en la detección y diagnóstico de fallas para engranajes en máquinas rotativas, partiendo desde el diseño y construcción mecánica de tres kits para evaluar una condición en estado normal y dos condiciones de falla: desgaste y diente roto, hasta la clasificación y diagnóstico de estas mediante un algoritmo de redes neuronales. Se seleccionó LabVIEW para el diseño e implementación de la interfaz de adquisición de las señales en el dominio del tiempo; así mismo, se diseñó un protocolo de pruebas para la extracción de las características de cada condición y proceder con su clasificación. Con el fin de garantizar un correcto análisis de las señales, se realizaron múltiples mediciones en el plano XY; de estas mediciones se seleccionó el 60 % del total de datos de cada condición para el entrenamiento de la red neuronal. Se implementaron dos tipos de red neuronal: Adaline y multilayer perceptrón, esto con el fin de comparar cual de las dos estrategias se ajustaba mejor a esta problemática en cuanto a porcentaje de clasificación en la etapa de validación. | spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | This project focuses on the detection and diagnosis of failures for gears in rotating machines, starting from the design and mechanical construction of three kits to evaluate a condition in normal state and two conditions of failure: wear and broken tooth, to classification and diagnosis. of these using a neural network algorithm. LabVIEW was selected for the design and implementation of the time-domain signal acquisition interface; Likewise, a test protocol was designed to extract the characteristics of each condition and proceed with their classification. In order to guarantee a correct analysis of the signals, multiple measurements were made in the XY plane; From these measurements, 60% of the total data of each condition was selected for the training of the neural network. Two types of neural network were implemented: Adaline and multilayer perceptron, this in order to compare which of the two strategies best adjusted to this problem in terms of classification percentage in the validation stage. | eng |
