| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | Managers deal daily with different types of plans; some refer to a single activity or individual while others belong to a whole department or area or the entire institution. These plans converge and are constituted in a subactivity: the planning that together with the planning, organization, direction and control, constitute the administration process. For the manager and for his group of employees it is important to decide or be identified with the objectives to be achieved. The next thing you need to do is reach for them. This raises a series of questions, such as: What work needs to be done? When and how will it be done? What will be the components of this work? What contributions need to be made and who will make them? In essence, planning is an integrated pattern predetermining the future activities that must be carried out, so management must foresee, visualize, look ahead. The planning work stands as support for the management is fundamental in a company, in which it is essential: to clarify, amplify and determine the objectives of the company, its general and multi-departmental objectives; predict; establish the conditions and assumptions under which the work will be done, select and declare the tasks to achieve the objectives; establish an overall plan of achievement emphasizing creativity to find new and better means of performing work; Establish policies, procedures and methods of performance; Anticipate possible future problems; modify plans in light of the control results. For Management, planning is a success factor in its management, because it allows establishing identifiable goals and formulating plans to achieve them. The essence of Management must be to achieve a declared goal, because if a purpose or final result is not sought, there is no justification and that is where planning allows the administrative objectives that are the goals pursued by the institution to prescribe in an area Defined and suggest direction to your manager's management efforts. | eng |
