| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | Within the framework of what the business management of this century has become, the professional who today seeks to compete and even more, to excel in the labor market; It must recognize that his knowledge and competencies are no longer based on purely technical knowledge, but that he must also have aptitudes and attitudes oriented to leadership, administration and the integration of the different disciplines.
The companies of yesterday have become opportunities of today, for those professionals who have understood the meaning of being competent and have allowed themselves to be "infected" by the good practices of the art of management. And it is that managing is not limited to just being the helmsman who directs the direction of a corporation, managing must be understood as an exquisite recipe that combines knowledge of a profession, art or trade, with the tools of resource management and additionally, with the development of a sufficiently fine "sense of smell", with which the life cycle of a project could be "nurtured" until it is developed and reaches a successful conclusion.
Therefore, the Energy Resources Management Specialist has the privilege of having enough tools to understand the world associated with the national and international energy market, which has not only become the quasi-heart rate of the world economy, but also in one of the business prospects with the best development and investment possibilities. | eng |
