| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | The crime of non-food assistance is a typical behavior that occurs when the provision of food to the son, daughter, adolescent is stolen without just cause. A right to food and the means of physical and psychological development of each child without a justified reason because the law presumes that the father has the economic capabilities of a minimum wage, therefore he has the capacity to respond and not lack responsibility. In Colombia, judges rule in many cases based on presumptions without knowing further the reasons for the breach of the obligation, generating a possible unfair ruling for one of the parties. Therefore, this article seeks to learn more about the way in which judges are ruling in cases of food non-attendance. | eng |
