| dc.description.abstract | Jaime Pinto es pintor de grandes panoramas, aunque sea en cuadros pequeños, porque lo suyo es la grandiosidad, que no hay que confundir con lo grande. La grandiosidad es un aspecto estético, no un tamaño; por eso ha elegido la idea panorama, más que el paisaje propiamente dicho. Son suyos paisajes con poco tema y ninguna literatura, color sin alharaca, donde rima la calidad y el matiz con regusto, a veces cercano a la impresión, sin ser impresionista, pues está más próximo al barroco. | spa |
