dc.description.abstractLa necesidad de no concluir, la resistencia a los homenajes y el valor de proponer obras recientes; da cuenta de la vitalidad con que el maestro Orlando Morales enfrenta su búsqueda y producción artística en un “quehacer que no ha dejado de hacer”. 40 y 6 es una suma de experiencias creativas, que interrogan y desafían desde su simplicidad minimalista de un hacedor de construcciones y formas, de un dibujante prolífico en sus primeros trazos con propuestas insertadas por su calidad y constancia en el devenir del arte regional y que significó en su momento, una propuesta utópica; fundada sin complejos desde la abstracción geométrica que se debatió frente al figurativismo, al neo expresionismo y el expresionismo abstracto de los años setentas y ochentas.spa
