dc.description.abstractEn este libro la autora propone que en el marco de protección de los derechos humanos, los países democráticos tienen la obligación de pugnar por el Derecho a la Información Pública. De ahí que realice un análisis de este Derecho, desde su marco conceptual y su estado – tanto internacional, como dentro de nuestro país, haciendo una comparación en los tres niveles de gobierno, posteriormente enfocando su atención a los municipios del Estado de Michoacán, México – y al final realiza propuestas para mejorar el desempeño del estado de estudio en materia de transparencia y acceso a la información local. El libro destaca de entrada por abordar un tema muy escaso en la literatura municipalista y en temas de transparencia y acceso a información pública en el municipio.spa

dc.description.abstractenglishIn this book the author proposes that within the framework of protection of the rights rights, democratic countries have the obligation to fight for the Right to Public Information. Hence, she carries out an analysis of this Law, from its conceptual framework and its status – both internationally and within our country, making a comparison in the three levels of government, later focusing her attention on the municipalities of the State of Michoacán, Mexico – and at the end She makes proposals to improve the performance of the state of study in terms of transparency and access to local information. The book stands out from the outset for addressing a very scarce topic in the municipalist literature and in issues of transparency and access to public information in the municipality.eng
