| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | Discussing the way human rights are implemented by global actors who are able to make them explicit and achievable within the framework of a symbolic horizon where the right to have rights and the right to question the law exist opens up the possibility of undertaking an exercise of political action designed to update them. Two issues will be discussed in this respect: the interactive universalism of Seyla Benhabib and the role of the political action of global actors, developed through democratic iterations that re-establish the link between politics and law, placing human rights within the Arendtian register of the “right to have rights”, while providing a radical critique of the universal idea of human rights that makes them impossible to achieve in today’s world. | eng |
