dc.description.abstract | Se estableció la presencia del gen cagA y su asociación con subtipos específicos del gen vacA en 21 etapas de H. pylori cultivadas de 73 pacientes con enfermedad úlcer-péptica (EUP) que asistieron a la Unidad de Gastroenterología del centro de especialistas de Risaralda. A partir del ADN genómico extraído de las cepas de H. Pylori cultivadas se realizaron tres PCRs: PCR-ureC, PCR-cagA y PCR-vacA. | spa |
