| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | Nerve blocks with local anesthetics or neurolytic agents have been used since 1881. They are currently used for diagnosis, treatment and prophylaxis. The scientific basis of nerve blocks is still not very clear; However, there are many publications in the medical literature that can clarify the impact of these procedures on the management of chronic pain. This article discusses some of the blocks that are most frequently used in pain clinics. | eng |
