This type of injury affects the general population, with a significant percentage of occurrence in the child population. In the Metropolitan area of Bucaramanga (AMB), these disorders are among the most frequent malignant lesions (2000-2004). After the validation processes, the cases are coded and entered in the CanReg-4 software with the which frequencies and incidence rates are estimated. This report has verified and updated data that includes those obtained in the hospital discharge validation process and mortality records. Results: Between 2000 and 2004, 620 cases of hematolymphoid neoplasms were captured, ranking in the first places in both men and women, with a greater number of cases in men, especially due to cases of lymphoid leukemia.
